Bringing a baby into this world is a turbulent and miraculously life-changing experience which has an impact on one’s physical, emotional and mental health. However, setting a vision and a support container is the one thing we can plan and implement for ourself, our baby and our family.

We are not just here here to survive motherhood there is a way to grow and thrive in the midst of this huge transition

I have had the great gift of experiencing two very different postpartum journeys, both still challenging, overwhelming and filled with love and healing. Many, many tears where still shred, body still ached, endless of sleepless nights and too little self-care time. But the second time around there was a healthy foundation of realistic expectations, deeper knowledge of my whole body, an integrated relationship to rest and self-care, a prepared support container and nourishment tools.

My empowered postpartum vision is to care for new mothers deep well-being. Setting the foundation for not just a healthy postpartum but for the coming 40 years of her life and her baby.

The Course Journey

  • What you will learn

    This is a deeply preparing postpartum course taught from a holistic view. Diving into the transition of motherhood and building a foundation of mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Together we create and embody your vision for postpartum.

    With tools and knowledge you get a chance to have a softer landing in your pregnancy and time after birth. This includes implementing holistic knowledge with deep nourishment of self-care tools for your emotional and mental well-being.

    Understanding your hormonal shift and the vulnerability it can create on your mental wellbeing. Understanding and supporting your hormonal balance.

    Learning about the Nervous System and its importance during Postpartum and different methods and exercises to help support regulating it.

    How to create a clear communcation between you and your network, your partner and yourself in this next unknown phase of life.

    You will learn, prepare, embody and create a healthy relationship with the importance of deep rest, nourishment and healing after birth.

    Together we put shine the light on the loneliness and isolation new mothers can experience in this world and how we can support ourself and break some of the tabus around it.

    With knowledge of nutrition you will be able to plan and prepare, what you need in order to support your body with the best nourishment for a new mother.

    Movement & Strength (Post-Natal Yoga practices & pelvic strength)

    Gaining knowledge of your babies physiological needs the time after birth. Be able to easier navigate realistic expectations and communication between you and your baby.

    Breastfeeding support tools & Breast Massage Practices. Resources to body workers and healing remedy tools

    Community of mothers who can support and share experiences and resources with each-other not just for the weeks of this course but hopefully for postpartum life.

    You will walk away with a deep toolbox not just for the 3 months after birth but with knowledge that you can carry with you in the entire motherhood journey. In order to live a more conscious, loving, forgiving, healthier and empowered journey within yourself.

    Sometimes a postpartum plan might not be enough. You will still be challenged and you might not be able to plan for how you feel, connect with our baby, any physical challenges after birth, our partners experience or just life in general. But you can plan for all the different types of support and deepen your understanding and knowledge of yourself and the postpartum journey. Creating a solid foundation of health and understating towards your body, mind and soul.

    • 4 week accessibility to directly connect with me for support over WhatsApp

    • 1x 75 min private postpartum planning session before birth

    • 1x 60min private coaching session after birth

      Investment 4,200kr

    Empowered Postpartum Gold

    All included in the “Empowered Postpartum Silver”

    ( only for women living in Stockholm)

    • 1x 90 min home-visit (instead of one of the zoom calls included in silver) after birth for doula support ( this can be used for example for coaching, closing of the bone or body work reiki session)

    • 3 days of postpartum meals delivered ( 3x breakfast, 3x lunch/ dinner & snacks )

    Payment plans are available for all and 2 spots for a reduced rate for mothers in financial challenges.

  • Who is this course for

    • For all women 12 weeks pregnant to 8 weeks into your postpartum

    • You can be a first time mama or a third time around. There is never too late to have the postpartum you wish or deserve and every time is different. Postpartum is not just for the 3 months after birth it’s for life
