  • Cyclic & Hormonal Health - Understanding and balancing our hormones and cycle serving our body and energy. Fertility awareness and health optimizing.

  • Female Embodiment - Listening to the language of the body, inhabiting all of ourselves from light to shadow. Connecting to our intuition and sensuality in order to access our pleasure and creativity. Creating clarity, learn to manifest and attract our desires.

  • Nourishment - Creating a deep self-care toolbox, learning nervous system regulation, intention of breath, the power of meditation, traditional learnings of inner wisdom, movement ( yoga, strecthing and pelvic health)

  • Keeping it real - Every chapter towards motherhood is as challenging as it is filled with love. Setting realistic expectations, support tools, resilience skills and coping strategies is key. Embracing and letting go off fear for the unknown.

  • Conscious Relationships - Setting boundaries, clear communication, relationship alignment, self-awareness and connection practices for intimate relationships. Strengthening the triad; the self, the love relationship and the family.
